We just had them home all week for "potato" break. Before, that would have killed me. Now, it's a joy.
They are so different, but so good together.
We don't overstimulate them a lot (except for when I bring out toothpicks and teach Dante to divide and multiply about 3 years before schedule), and they're so good at finding stuff to occupy themselves with. They ensconce themselves in their room together. Play games, do puzzles, listen to cds, paint.
Couldn't possibly have asked for more, could I?

Angelic faces!
Btw, my mom taught me how to read when I was 4, so it's never to early to teach them how to multiply and divide :D
I agree! Dante reads and writes too, since a few years ago, but I'm afraid that like his dad, he'll be bored in the classroom and be pegged as one of those ADHD kids, when all he needs is proper stimulation.
I have no intention of not teaching him more complicated stuff tho - he loves it!
